And the excess on your insurance, but with an R8 i'm sure that you aren't considering the latter. Be nice and clean when you get it back though. I want out of my current job so bad it's not even funny... I really hope I have a chance at this position.. I know I can handle it but sometimes my age puts potential employers off, I can tell. One HR woman was so incredibly rude to me, she laughed at me when I gave her my resume and wouldn't even shake my hand. Even though my resume is more extensive than hers lol. I have a friend who's the ops manager at that company and he said that HR woman is a total writeoff/waste of space that shouldn't have a job there but somehow she does!
