Name the music style of Syro

I've been thinking about it a lot and I finally came to the conclusion that Syro is...

 

"Ambient Techno". Of course.

 

All of you old-school fans know that's what the early records were pegged as. This one is basically an updated example of that.

 

It's no wonder I've kept thinking that this LP has been reminding me so much of Surfing On Sine Waves. That Polygon Window LP was probably Richard's last Ambient Techno LP. If you strip away the majority of the bass and beats on this LP, you're basically left with an ambient LP.
