Over the past few weeks, a sub-group of snareup has put a huge amount of work into preparing sound collages and custom music videos. This episode brought to you by 747Music, Kyla, and gyroscope.

i know you guys love your clickbait but you shouldve put it's snareup and not an actual special somewhere in the title or subtitle

srry. not intentional.

Can you feel nostalgic over something that evokes nostalgia?

BOC needs to be on the next golden record shot into space.

What's going to be weird is hearing the next coming of Boards of Canada in 30 years, where they evoke mysterious nostalgic feelings by interweaving complex melodies and hidden messages amongst vaguely familiar trap and EDM sounds.

Sorry, didn't think that through. I will blame sleep deprivation. That said, if I got some advertising premium when users get into this thread, I'dda put "Mike and Marcus buy rights to and release personal porn stash! Links within!" :boc:

Terrible joke. Apologies again. Sleep deprivation.

David Firth was a part of the show. However, Kyla, Cosmic Manta and myself did all of the visuals minus a few videos you can just find on youtube as we didnt have the time to get everything done ourselves. (to name a few - Neil Krug's ABPOITC video, Sam Smith's awesome June 9th video we all love, and a couple different youtuber's vids to fill the gaps)

Fun fact: the last video for the show finished rendering while the first segment was being played live during showtime. We had had only 1 hour of sleep Friday night so that we could get done in time.

We're gonna work on the show's visuals and put out a much more polished version to be viewed. It will see the light of day at some point.

Here is the twitch stream recording of my favourite segment, Segment 2: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/253027387

There were 3 segments. find the other 2 on that same Snareup twitch channel. The other shows are worth a listen too, while you're there.

Here's a couple of the vids in higher quality:

Like I said, they will receive more lovin until they are nice and polished.

They're all pretty good esp "Boards of Canada - Telephasic Workshop" - savage!

I remember from the twitch show the "Waco" vid being the only dud really - forget the tune

Lets hope the BoC sibs pick em up on youtube :)
