http://blogs.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.view&friendId=184449060&blogId=481462613 Out now, buy it here: http://www.amazon.com/Surveillance-Lounge-Nurse-Wound/dp/B002BZ118W/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=music&qid=1249090005&sr=1-1 "The Nurse With Wound 'The Surveillance Lounge' CD arrived and it's a belter. I think really strong one but then I'm well into NWW at the moment. This has some awesome surrealist sonic collage and some totally sinister moments. There's one point there is a wicked tribal beat with like some fucking weird hurdy gurdy crazy vocal chant type thing. I struggle for words really. Lots of sinister dark moods with creepy voice…

this is truely the best album i've heard all year, just got it last week and have already listened to it about a million times if you buy the vinyl (which comes with mp3 download and a poster of the guys) the 4th side has en etching of 2 of the guy's grandfather, never seen that before i would say if you like experimantal or folk music, you will love this album they're touring around the US now, if you have a chance, definetly go see them! pitchfork gave it an 8.1 (for what thats worth) but its a decent article, and you can listen to the music here: http://pitchfork.com/reviews/albums/13223-gather-form-fly/

ACP055: Isocore - Sugna The second Isocore solo album is finally out after a long wait. Sugna means dirty, soggy, greasy, fat. Isocore's aim is to destroy music, destroy tempo, destroy. Strumming over hiphop reminiscent beats, battering keys like a 2 year kid would do to dancefloor anthems, Sugna is an intense experience..... Isocore is Paolo Elmo, producer and designer born in Rome, Italy 1983. He started to produce beats in 2001. In 2003, together with Pierlo, Jacques Malchance and Tracky Birthday, he founded the label Upitup Records (www.upitup.com) and started his live activity. From then to now he played in the most important clubs in Rome and at other sh…

didnt see a thread for this Information Amazing new album of krautrock-inspired beauty! Subway II, the debut album by Subway on Soul Jazz Records, is a startling cosmic marriage of influences – German electronic rock music from the 1970s (Cluster, Kraftwerk, Neu, Harmonia, Ash Ra Tempel), 80s Detroit science fiction techno (Carl Craig, Juan Atkins, Jeff Mills) and a hint of Italian and European disco (Danielle Baldelli meets Cerrone, Space, Moroder and Jean Michel Jarre). Subway are Michael Kirkman and Alan James and have been releasing music since 2000. Subway II was recorded at home in East London using a plethora of analog equipment and tec…

So the lead singer of Sigur Ros has teamed up with his boyfriend to release Riceboy Sleeps. If you're a fan of Sigur Ros then you'll no doubt love this, and from what I've heard so far, it takes Sigur Ros' signature sound and runs with the ambient side of it more. Highly recommended. Click here for samples.

A lot of slow, meandering disco, if you like that sort of thing. Been out for a couple of months. Anyway, I'm finding it to be quite a pleasant and relaxing listen, today. Goes well with nice weather. Have a listen. edit: not all of it is particularly slow thinking about it, but anyway

Anyone listened to this? Minimal Techno with vocals, more like a modern Techno orientated Depeche Mode. Been out for a month or so and it is a grower.

just about what you'd expect from Wayne's nephew and road crew; Lips: The Next Generation with a little less whiny vocals and a whole lot more fuzz bass.
