    This should be a game show. Various racist clips from competing countries. Audience votes, contestants have to guess which clips the audience will choose as most racist etc. Like a (more) depressing version of family feud.

    Like the last two albums, I think this one is intended to be listened to two ways - original tracklisting 1st track to last, and vice-versa. Those two tracks as closers are more pleasant IMO than openers. Rest of the album works well in reverse as well. Works quite well with a big system. Enjoyed it far less on headphones tbh.

    All very good advice, thank you. Interesting approach to the CV as well I’m going to try it. Shit, that’s intense. Mine are full tonic clonic. The first one I had an aura for about 20 mins beforehand, this second one yesterday I have no idea, just woke up in bed all f’ed up. its good you have yours kinda figured out. Doesn’t make the odd collapse any easier though (assuming that still happens even with your meds?). Hate chewing through my tongue...

    Negative, all tests came back as me having. K epilepsy, vitamin/mineral/hormone defiency they could find that would predict why I’m having them. No cancer or diabetes etc. It’s a mystery to the neurologists. I’m just finding factors like lack of sleep, immense amounts of stress and anxiety and poor diet that are all common to my first one. ?

    Welp had another massive seizure at home today, alone. Combination of stress from being fired, lack of sleep and not eating. Not as bad as the one last may but it really spooked me and the wife. I could have easily died as there was no one here to take care of me.
