  1. that's interesting. Paul recently left portland and moved to LA w/his partner. she's an artist and her family is from down there. He toured with Puscifer a few times in recent years and his own Lead into Gold project as well. He's always been actively doing stuff even while helping run Malekko Heavy Industry. I never would've guessed he'd go in for one more Ministry record but why not? so many years have passed and life is what it was. I'll be curious what they come up with together. the ministry years where paul was involved are probably the best years of their releases ay? opinions vary i guess.. anyway... i'll have to check it out when it's released.
  2. here's a youtube link to the ^^^ video the next episode of Frontline covers same topic https://watch.opb.org/video/children-of-ukraine-preview/ also, interesting chat.. starts out talking about the recent terrorist attack then gets to ukraine/russia geo politics a bit.. very reasonable analysis.
  3. Russians Keep Turning Up Dead All Over the World A helicopter pilot who defected to Ukraine is the latest obvious assassination, but a range of businessmen, bureaucrats and political figures have also suffered suspicious deaths since the invasion https://archive.ph/F2rfM here' a snippet.
  4. https://www.instagram.com/reel/CXzQZGFluAD/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link full clip. so good. https://www.instagram.com/reel/CIwgxqoB3WC/
  5. megastrucutre has some industrial techno and a bit of straight up industrial things w/vox. solid production. https://megastructure.bandcamp.com We Are The Music Makers | Volume One by Various
  6. only if you can audit classes. i think it's really expensive.
  7. hadn't heard of her but she just passed away a week ago. saw a tribute on instagram so found her bandcamp via 12K https://www.12k.com/releases/bitter-sweet/ https://sawako.bandcamp.com/album/bitter-sweet We Are The Music Makers | Volume One by Various here's the little instagram tribute to her by 12K https://www.instagram.com/p/C5YQc-YOzlz/?img_index=1 bummer. too young.
  8. and there be merch
  9. ukraine doing all they can/have to to send shit back at russia. this is nuts. turning russian mortars on a lathe so they'll fit smaller launchers... https://x.com/FunkerActual/status/1775928114805080430
  10. problem is just so huge.. plastics need to just be banned except for essential uses like medical situations and stuff like that. soon the weight of plastic in the ocean will be greater than the weight of all the fish in the ocean. also, there's thousands of chemicals in plastics and they keep adding more.
  11. he talks about that in the video if you stick with it. china is paying attention to what we do, iran is paying attention. so, being half assed about backing ukraine is not the way to go.. if we're gonna do a thing we need to do it... it's a wide ranging discussion in that video. edit: also, that guy he interviews isn't some asshole from nowhere. he was commander of US army in europe, senior advisor to human rights first and worked in logistics for UN and specializes in NATO/security etc. i'd guess he's pretty informed.
  12. he gets into that in that talk. how creative the ukrainians have been. lot's of details around it. he's highly critical of congress shitting the bed and not doing its job. it's a very matter of fact and objective talk they have. not sensationalized garbage or russian narratives. discusses some global politics angles as well... and eventual collapse of russia.
  13. in that video he gets in to details about ammo and who's doing what.. what's available, what's working etc.. also says things are stagnant in general and will remain so for a while. it's worth listening to. they cover a lot of ground and wide range of relevant topics.
  14. part one up and part two should be up later today on youtube.. currently on podcast sites. .but basically another "oh, ronald fucking reagan" of course.. and student loans and all the things and backlash against anti-vietnam war student protestors and on an on.. early days of think tanks and their fucked up agenda and eltist bullshit.. it's crazy.. part two especially.. wtf. i hate these people. part two these two show another way in how we got to where we are now and why shit is so fucked up.
  15. interesting analysis. basically saying america is dropping the ball and has no strategic plan or end game.
  16. people were crazy and racist before trump and will continue after trump. it may seem random but conservative corporate think tanks have been driving towards extremes for like 75 years already. the way schools have been wrecked, wages stagnant, social services slashed etc is all intentional and part of long term goals.. capturing the courts etc.. creating narratives that divide people and spread racism and hatred of the 'other' is a tool they use.. so, yeah.. shit will get worse until it collapses. the pressures of future catastrophes and adversity from climate change, resource shortages etc will also add in to the mix. i'm not optimistic. i do think some places will be community focused and people will come together to deal with whatever is coming.. but other places will tear apart at the seams. between now and then who knows what will happen. break down of basic law and order seems easy to predict. sorry.. rambling.. but yeah.. america is going to be difficult to "uncrazy" after it's been so successfully made crazy.
  17. her name is really Blaisey? "the trends.. Everybody wanted a tahoe.. I wanted a tahoe.. I got a tahoe" jfc. "i hope you've enjoyed my tahoe content" [gun in mouth emoji]
  18. saw that one.. sounds good in the teasers.. there's no embed for that one because pre-order i guess. idk. but in future all you do is go through the share/embed process and click for wordpress then copy the album number and use the bandcamp button ^^^^ up there by the emoji picker.
  19. i guess not new.. it's from 2012 but new for digital?
