  1. Thanks for posting! Glad they started uploading these, for some reason I'm NEVER able to catch these live, just like the next one this saturday :(
  2. All with you, I've played that track and nothing but that track for days in a row. Completely obsessed by it. Probably because it is relatively easy to follow and funky as hell.

  4. Sweet mother of lol, I've been telling myself I needed to see this for ages every time I'd see something from the film crop up here and there. Finally got round to it and nearly shit myself laughing. BUYING THIS ON DVD So the only thing I've watched (more than a couple of times) is this superb review on the Room. Does it cover all the good bits or do I really have to watch the entire thing? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gsgIq7cxhJk

  6. The Hurt Locker - if it wasn't for the annoying patriot loving ending (although, credits for NOT using a waving USA flag, or did they?) I'd rate it higher, but still a good movie. Yeah I avoided that one for a long time too, thinking it was gonna be "righteous old white republican shows ornery urban youth what's up via the barrel of a gun". Was actually kind of the opposite of that, in a way. Great film. lol, exactly. I was fearing an overkill of a serious Clint Eastwood-tough-guy-typecasting, but they worked it out in a great way.
  7. FFS, just had a brand new small table lamp catching fire while I was watching a movie. The lamp was already a replacement for another one I bought two days ago but just stopped working after an hour. FWP: entire house smells like burned plastic or whatever it is. edit: FWP2: I'm not living in 'Merica so I can't just sue this company and get instantly rich.

  10. Hah, I remember coming into that Touched Mixlr chat when they just played that track and everyone in there was all mindblown by it. But yeah, agreed, brilliant track!
  11. Finally got around watching Dune: enjoyable, but nothing mindblowing. Didn't age very well. 7/10 Silver Linings Playbook: Jennifer Lawrence/10 - immensely predictable from the first second in but enjoyable nonetheless Finding Fela: 8/10 - besides the obsolete stuff on the broadway show about Fela Kuti, this is a really great documentary about his life, lots of great footage I haven't seen before. Recommended. Gran Torino: really didn't want to watch this for years, turned out my instincts were wrong AGAIN 8/10
  12. Definitely, one of my fave albums of his, still haven't got it on CD unfortunately. But yeah, just posted a track from it in the now playing thread yesterday :)
  13. One of my alltime fave tracks & video
  14. New Legowelt release upcoming on Créme Organization. For a moment I thought it said 'Vaporwave' and it was him doing a stab at that, seems like just proper Legowelt tracks though! Looks like it'll be a two-parter too :) Still hoping to see the repress of Polarius' Winter in Polarius soon (as announced by Creme), but no dice yet!
  15. Not sure about Lord of the D yet, but there's a fair chance GEA will get a digital release on WeMe bandcamp. The other ones are on there too :) https://wemerecords.bandcamp.com/

  17. It was posted by Jodey and Fred (from WeMe) on facebook a couple of days ago! :)
