Buspin Jieber - Betamax (Pulse State)

Recommended Posts

Just got notice that Pulse State will release Buspin Jieber's new 20-track album tomorrow, available as a limited run CD and digital; colour me enthusiastic - I adore everything he's released already, V.H.S. Volcanic/Harmonic/Sounds on Touched is a brilliant introduction. Here's the first taster of the new album:

I wanna see a Com Truise vs Buspin Jieber battle of the bands, winner can travel back to 1985 and die there

The album's premiere stream just finished and in the chat Martin divulged that the last Touched release of the year is going to be a 5CD V/A box set (300 pcs), and played some tracks from it, Heogen, Buspin Jieber and JT and the Bee (John Tejada & Mason Bee). Really looking forward to it. There will be some releases in the interim, too, a new Heogen album at least, if I'm not mistaken.

Latest Pulse State release, from the ever-prolific The Jaffa Kid; glittery beats and breaks, shimmering melodies and ambience, a cohesive set of tracks ranging from pretty to beautiful. Highly recommended.

First new hardware tracks from Anders Ilar since 1997, a smörgåsbord of acidic techno, downtempo and ambient. Recommended.

A limited CD reissue (and Digital) of Drøn's ambient self-release - originally only 50 physical copies were made.

A compilation with an amazing artist roster, and for a good cause to boot. Grab a copy or the digital.

New album from WATMM member Zephyr Nova, this time delving more into industrial synthpop/new wave elements. On their own these dewy-eyed aesthetic retreads can be trite and downtrodden, but this is a fresh AF, unironic blending of the aforementioned! It's seriously awesome, and I had to make a topic for this lest it sink into the ether. Cover art is by WATMM user Grain Bastard. Some preview tracks:
