Yeah, but only by accident. If the launcher peel has a drop of tomato sauce on it, the whole thing will fold in on itself when you launch it into the oven. That or the pizza gets stretched as you launch and you end up with a "pide" instead. See picture.

Sourdough pizza is officially a thing in this household.

Potato pizza for my wife.

Mozzarella as the first layer, then sliced some potatoes using a mandoline, blanched them, added them as the next layer. Once it came out of the oven I added Serrano ham and a bit of parmesan.

And yes, I've pizza boxes... 100 to be exact.

Wow. That looks tasty. I think pizza is a bit overrated tbh. Nice for a snack or lunch but not as a main meal. I'd eat that though. Probably in about 5 minutes or less!

New dough - again. Way better crunch but the dough is a bit too heavy.

Not quite a pizza, but made in my pizza oven...

Sandwich bread with parmesan, oregano, course salt, and garlic on top of it. Going to be one hell of a lunch today.
