What do we know about em? It's a musician (and a user on watmm too) who made the tracks in the late 90's (1997-1999 I think), uploaded his archive in the spirit of the soundcloud dump 'hype'. Nothing more that needs to be known I'd say, except that there are some incredible tracks in there. Suprisingly, he never released anything official.
