  1. They were available for a while but it seems like that was an accident. I got the chance to listen to them once and when I wanted to do it again it wasn't avalaible anymore.
  2. I don't mind it, I think it's pretty funny that he likes to use his face so much. Other than aphex you don't really see that in IDM. I still like the art directions for most of his album, although I have to say the cover for Sus Dog is prb the worst one yet.
  3. Why isn't this getting more attention? I like the previews, acid Luke isn't my favorite Luke but I welcome any vibert album. He's really been doubling down on acid music hasnt he
  4. Thank fuck this is finding an actual release. I haven't really been following this thread so i was under the impression it was neer going to come out. Previews sound ace, i can't imagine how much work goes into making music the way he does.
  5. I agree. Totems flare is probably up there with my favorites of his discog, maybe its my favorite album of his overall. In the blurb he says Sus Dog is the first album that features his vocals prominently but it was pretty prominent on TF as well.
  6. Probably my favorite vibert album. The first run of tracks is amazing. I like the moody yet laid back atmosphere of the overall project. Great stuff.
  7. Happy bday Luke! Your music always makes me smile and appreciate how fun electronic music can be. Mandem not looking a day over 469 in those pics
  8. Amber has so much more atmosphere and is so much more memorable imo. It might sometimes even be my favorite ae album overall.
  9. Nice techno, looking forward to this. Havent checked his music out in ages.
  10. I don't really get everyone's fascination with ETBOY. It's a great album, yes, but to me it has always sounded like one of his least original works? The stuff that follows and Clarence Park sound way more playful and original to me.
  11. The single actually sounds pretty great, it takes a little getting used to but that's to be expected from Clark these days. Listening to the other snippets of the album I'm not so sure the rest is going to be as good but I'm getting carefully excited.
  12. Clark is doing some weird shit again. I have my reservations about this but we'll see. Album releasing May 26th. Pre-order: https://bleep.com/release/366278-clark-sus-dog First single:
  13. There is a difference between shitty live recordings made by fans and aphex releasing something officially. I guess we got the London ep and some other stuff after 2018 but other than that he has been silent on the studio material front.
  14. Prob my most listened to artists of 2022, they defined a lot of moments in my life music wise last year. Is U is a belter as always. Saw them live in Amsterdam last year as well and it was one of the best sets i've ever heard.
  15. prob field day would be nice if we got another field day lp but thats not gonna happen
  16. Album releasing May 12th. I have become a big fan of them over the years so I can't be more excited. Their EP's are all bangers so im curious to see how they handle the album format. Pre-order: https://overmono.bandcamp.com/album/good-lies First single: Overmono announce their debut album Good Lies will be released on Friday 12th May 2023 via XL Recordings. The announcement comes in-line with the release of “Is U”, the second track to be revealed from the forthcoming album following “Walk Thru Water” (“a display of their impeccable grasp of sound design.” - Clash) which was released in November of last year Highly anticipated would be an understatement; since their inception Overmono have purposefully cultivated a fanbase that heralds them as one of the UK’s most original contemporary live electronic acts. A run of ground-breaking club EPs between 2020 and 2022 built momentum and culminated in their breakthrough club single, “So U Kno”, which encapsulated the hearts of clubbers and went on to become a bonafide phenomenon as dancefloors re-opened; featuring in end of year lists published by Resident Advisor, Pitchfork, DJ Mag and Mixmag. Since then, Overmono have been named ‘Best Live Act’ at the prestigious DJ Mag Best of British Awards, taken their custom audio-visual live show to the most credible festivals across the globe, including Glastonbury, Movement Festival, Dekmantel and to sold-out crowds in London, LA and NYC as part of their debut headline tour last year. And, they have produced innovative releases including their instalment of their ‘Fabric Presents’ DJ mix series and collaborations with the likes of Joy Orbison. Now, Overmono return to present their most ambitious release to date. Across the twelve-track project, Overmono journey through a powerful distillation of their musical career so far; incorporating “So U Kno” alongside new music that propels them beyond the dancefloor. Good Lies remoulds and interweaves captivating vocal cuts into a series of multi-genre electronic sounds that flits effortlessly between euphoria and melancholy. Talking about their debut album Good Lies, Overmono says: “Across the last two years, we have spent so much time on the road, making music whenever we could. Moving around all the time was always really inspiring and got us experimenting a lot and having fun with how we created chords or chopped and pitched vocals. This album is really a letter of love to the journey so far and marks where we want to take things. Much love, T&E x
  17. This actually turned into my favorite SP out off all of them. Plotinus and The Modern Bass Guitar are belters of a different dimension imo. That shit hits so hard it's crazy. This is also his best album melody wise i think. It might sometimes be a little cheesy of course, but that has always been part of SP's charm tbh.
  18. Man this track really is killer. Maybe I need to take a better dive into his discog. I've only listened to The Idiots Are Winning because it had a funny album title but it hasn't really stuck with me at all.
  19. Album dropping March 31st. Not too familiar with his stuff but the first single sounds awesome: Imagine This Is A High Dimensional Space Of All Possibilities by James Holden (Not gonna copy the write up since it's longer than the new testament) First single:
  20. Great stuff, not the biggest electro fan but sometimes an artist manages to capture me. Stingray is one of them.
  21. Chiastic Slide by a mile. Love confield but I have to be in a certain mood for it. Chiastic Slide is more melodic yet still sounds experimental and as ae as their later albums.
