i actually like albums with bad or retarded tracks (at least 1 or 2)... it makes me really appreciate the good ones.

and if you're open to it after 'urban hymns', 'the verve' album 'this is music' is cracking... i think.

what about 'guided by voices' record 'bee thousand', even pollards 'speak kindly of your volunteer fire department' and 'kid marine' are stunning - 'airport 5 - tower in the fountain of sparks' too.

I cannot listen to LP5 without getting bored.

The only solid tracks are Corc and Acroyear.

 

Everything else is mostly too repetitive or gets really slow for like 5 minutes towards the end.

Under Boac is sortof wasted,it's got the lovely percussion but when it just falls into chaos at the end,blugh.

A lot of people seem to like mezzazine by massive attack, but man next door is def less than perfect.

Nah, you were right about 'Bee Thousand'. Dont know if youve heard 'Trouble Over Bridgewater' by Half Man Half Biscuit, but its as sweet in an English way.
