The Tear Garden - Last Man To Fly

Skinny Puppy - Too Dark Park and Last Rights

Download - The Eyes of Stanley Pain

Smashing Pumpkins-Siamese Dream

Susumu Yokota-Sakura

That's mad. It's the only track I think is great. But then I wasn't there from the beginning so it's harder to relate.

Not necessarily my favourite albums (well except the Peter Gabriel one) but these are all albums I can enjoy all the way through.:

Peter Gabriel - So .. I know, not ten tracks, but its godamn grand anyway.. Sounds awesome on vinyl too!

Genesis - Selling England By The Pound .. Also not ten tracks, but yes! Excellent.

A Perfect Circle - Mer De Noms

Mr Bungle - Disco Volante .. Even though it is sonically all over the place, I never skip a track when listening to it, it sounds weird when listened to in pieces.

Tucker B's - Chubby

Nine Inch Nails - Pretty Hate Machine .. Actually every proper album before the latest one has been perfect.

I'd also say Loveless but I really don't like "Touched" .. Just sounds out of place.

First of all, this is a great topic. Reading through this made me remember soooooo many albums that I forgot about and how awesome they are.

For me:

Abbey Road = Perfect all the way through

Ok Computer = I'm a thom-yorke-dick-sucker. sad but true.

Drukqs = Only on certain occasions, but I really like the whole fucking thing.

Paul's Boutique

Darkside of the moon

Chopin Nocturnes collection (Rubinstein performance)

Nevermind

Temple of Boom (Cypress Hill)

Death Certificate (Ice Cube)

Orbital Insides

mmmm, need to get my cd collection back up to date.

Ok first of all, I almost never skip tracks, even if I don't like them as much I usually listen to them anyway cos skipping can disrupt the flow of the album.

So rather than list my favourite albums, I'll just list the ones that I think are the most consistent:

Aphex Twin - Richard D. James album (his ONLY consistent work IMO)

Analord is pretty consistent...

Interesting choices people....

What do you folks think about Polygon Window - Surfing on Sine Waves ?

I feel like this is one of RDJ's best, moody albums....and i can't think of one bad song on it! (even the 2 tracks they added on the newer version are gold!)
