He's still doing his thing proper.. tons of new mixes, fabriclive 58 for one was killer. not to mention his old mixes are among the best I own. incredible sound of drum n bass in particular. Hugh Mughnus Posted February 19, 2012 Share Posted February 19, 2012 fair enough, i stand corrected as far as goldie is concerned but i guess my main point was that he's probably not enjoying the level of fame that he used to back in the heyday of jungle in the mid-late 90's. and he was arguably the most well known artist of that scene. and yeah at least he's done some shit that's worthy of respect...if anything that just dooms skrillex even more as a flavour of the month. You're absolutely right, theres a lot to think about in that. That's partially why I've never been involved in "the scene". I listen to what's good, I don't even go clubbing or anything. The last thing I have time for is going to the club and listening to skrillex while 16 or 17 year old girls try and go down on me, at the same time paying for 10$ drinks. I didn't realize you were so connected to my local scene that you know exactly what they play in the clubs?
