I just muted them with the mute button. The one that mutes everyone's voice. You can either right click the user and hit "mute" to mute individual members or just hit the "deafen" button at the bottom of the screen to mute everyone. edit: wasn't trying to be a d1ck, srry if that was a bit dickish.
