-Seared pork belly sliders with apple cider vinegar coleslaw and plum mustard.

-Orzo pilaf with fresh herbs from the garden.

-Fresh green salad with cucumbers, grape tomatoes, spring greens (arugula, spinach, mizuna, red-leaf and frisee) dressed lightly with olive oil and a sprinkle of fresh ground white pepper and sea salt. All vegetables and greens from the garden.

-Slow cooked baked beans that I also made with thick slabs of maple smoked pork belly.

I have company over.

Oh, and I have come to enjoy Zaya rum and will be enjoying it tonight, it's a 12 year aged, traditional Trinidadian rum using only local ingredients. It's the tits.

oh man, didnt cook up a strifry, but I made some lentils that were fucking delicious.

 

 

just add a little bit of butter, salt, and some sesame oil. Holy shit they tasted better than the fish!
