hipster list, plus read the goddamn rujles

Hipster list? I'm not sure the likes of Planxty, The Pogues, Manic Street Preachers and Oasis would be a 'hipsters' choice but maybe i'm wrong

brian wilson - smile - 2004

wtf?

lol

fu

Not that sure whats so funny about this. Ive had the Smile bootlegs for years and the chance to hear how it could/would have sounded really appealed to me. Although I would have loved to hear The Beach Boys sing it, but musically I love it

jesus christ there's so much wrong with these four lines I just don't know where to begin. wasn't illmatic released in '94? how about SAW2? parklife? mellow gold? amber? lifeforms? 76:14? bee thousand? dummy? downward spiral? blue album?

don't even get me started on 1995.

Fair play on the wrong release years. I guess i'm not as anally retentive as I'd like to be. I know that Oasis are generally considered to be crap by most but growing up in the 90's, they were the first band I ever truely got into. Ive got the likes of Amber, Parklife, Lifeforms, 76:14 and downward spiral and am a fan of all of them. Maybe I picked Oasis' for nostalgic reasons alone but one man's shit is another man's gold. This is the great thing about music

Other than the fact I made a few genuine (if not obvious) mistakes on certain release years and the fact that I started a topic that had already been done, I dont think it warranted the snide comments from some.

Maybe i'm wrong but it all seems a little harsh
