that one is of muntjac fibroblast cells... the green parts are the intracellular beta(?)-actin cytoskeletal structure, which is why it kinda looks like fibers. the red dots are mitochondria, and the little oval holes there are nuclei that didn't fluoresce (i got them to light up blue with a different wavelength on another image)... the other purpley pic is part of a flower bud

It's funny how that grainy darkness in black and white really sets a mood. i'm gonna have to look at bright pictures of kittens now just to reset my brain, heh. ;-]
