  1. I was gonna watch Mozart in the Jungle but was waiting for one of you hipsters to test the water first. All i'm looking for is a neckbeard/10 rating for the first episode and then i'll be with you for the second :-I
  2. Clouds Of Sils Maria - 7/10 Camp X-Ray - 7/10 The Raid 2 - 9/10 (This is how action/fight scenes should be, you can actually see whats going on, instead of fast cuts, shaky cam and sound effects...which is fucking lame) Turner & Hooch - 6/10
  3. 22 Jump Street was wicked. Thats some funny shit. Especially Rob Riggle in the deleted scenes.
  4. The solar system views America as a safe haven where truth and justice will prevail. But they find their law enforcement dumb and heavy handed. We can't generalize America because every state has a different law, sometimes contradicting each other and looking dumb. Lot's of douches in suits coming up with ideas to improve and progress and falling on their face. But i guess that's the same for every government. One thing i think America could do (and thought they would have done by now) is wipe out the cartels in Mexico. It's just across the border and with the intelligence they have on these punks and the resources, they could serve their ass to them on a plate. Border control can only do so much, it's time to eradicate all known (trafficking) threats
  5. guy at work dropping fucking grenades into the toilet bowl. I can't go in there these days without either suffocating on his dank assfumes or hearing his asshole choke and splutter like a fucked motorbike exhaust. I think i spoke about it before, its been going on for about a year, it's now as as if my co-workers accept it, it doesn't even phase them he jams the u-bend with a horrific log, doesn't bother flushing and then walks out saying ''Damn that was a load off'' Still haunted by that
  6. Poor show, old chap. This is in one of the top 10 films of the year. Cap rocks
  7. Nightcrawler 9/10 - I don't think i've seen a bad Gyllenhaal film since....i dunno when...he nails this as the fuckwit drifter who stumbles onto his calling card. Eerie. Deliver Us From Evil 6/10 - A few jump scares was the only excitement i took from this. Divergent 7/10 - Cool idea and well shot. Pretty awesome apart from the overplayed theme. The Canyons 5/10 - Lohan's flaps hang heavy on this. Not seen a set of mutton shutters sway in the breeze quite like it. Schraeder needs to sort his head out and start writing scripts again, rather than banking on some dangly bits hanging off an old has been.
  8. This music is too good. It seems so fresh, it almost has it's own rythm (user). Bumped for luxury. Wicked track
  9. Too many rumours and speculation hanging over this project. I wouldn't be so surprised to see Ridley unmasked as Steinvord. He's an old artist juggling a great many projects at once, perhaps more prolific than his agesakes Woody Allen and Ken Loach and Eno due to his production duties (wasn't Ridley also developing a TV project aswell?), I agree that he must try and fix Prometheus with the sequel, i liked Prometheus and think the potential is there to do something very great with Prometheus 2, but i don't know how he can do it with thoughts of replicants and all the other Blade Runner character's in his brain. He needs to stay focused on one project at a time. So is it good when he's on or off this? Depends on where his heads at with all the other stuff he's doing.
  10. The Babadook 7/10 - I finally got round to seeing the hotly anticipated Babadook and while my expectations were met they were not surpassed. A nice device with the pop-up book proved effective but halfway through we see an effective set up going down a familiar path but mad props for keeping it fresh with the weirdness of the mum and son. They were strange. Need For Speed 6.5/10 - Nice driving. Easy watching. Too long. And a real douchebag performance by Michael Keaton. I also watched American Hustle and Under The Skin again and thought they were greatness. Cap America: Winter Soldier 8/10 - Cap is my fave Marvel super hero and i like seeing him negotiate with the new world, kicking asses and outsmarting his evil enemies. Did not disappoint. Great, creepy scene in the underground bunker with Zola's brain connected to all the PC's. With Bucky Barnes back in the fray Civil War should be fantastic. Lone Survivor 7/10 - War is rough. Interstellar (Imax Version) 8/10 - Otherwordly.
  11. Uses the same Cien moisturiser as Bryan Singer and Pharrell. Night cream and day cream. Financially, I think Grace Jones gave him a lot of money when he photoshopped her naked body into different shapes.
  12. It isn't Richard, guys. I think it's a joint effort between a couple of those rephlex twat's though, the guy(s) responsible should stand up and be accounted for. That Monolith cunt is involved.
  13. Amni's John Carperter's Ghost's Of Mars remastered by Amni. Based on a self promotional campaign by Amni. Written by Amni. Directed by Amni and John Carpenter.

    1. auxien

      auxien

      would watch/listen/ask for a director's cut/remaster of this

  14. A complete history of the universe and everything in it.... remastertered by Amni

    1. triachus

      triachus

He did a good job on the lower parts of the Neoproterozoic era, but the frequencies of the Roman Empire are too high.

    2. Schlitze

He needs to extract the tape hiss on both world wars and then watermark it.

  15. whylessness as a white knight. Jesus H lol. The world moves in mysterious ways.
  16. I don't mean to alarm anyone but theres a guy browsing the forum going by the name Percy Roger Smith. WTF happened to this place. Speak now Percy, or forever hold your silence.
  17. An album of two halves. The first half is so accessible you could sit and listen to it with your parents and they'd start to to get into after a while. The next 6 tracks are a different beast. The juxtaposition is a master stroke. I like the order Rich lays down his trax.
  18. Upon first impression Syro u4473t8+8 sounds like a fleshless anus on legs with an eyeball peering out of the aforementioned slot. It's like a cross between Hellraiser 2 and Monsters Inc.
  19. I love Circlont6A a lot. That's gotta be the same drum machine as the one used in "Taking Control". It sounds the same anyway.
  20. When this first came out I showed it to my 6 yr old cousin who found it funny to begin with but then became concerned with the chiwawa's increasingly agitated responses before howling with laughter at the end. It's a family film.
  21. I've been anxious to get hold of this box set since it was first announced but with money being too tight to mention at the moment I might have to wait a few months and pick one up on eBay, what was y'all's opinion of the package as a whole? There was a lot of yapping when this was announced but the thread kinda slowed down a bit after release. Ain't you had enough time to fish through the 9 discs and digest the delerium? Also, at work today i spent half an hour on't net looking for a decent Lost Highway blu-ray with some extra features (making of, deleted scenes). I love that damn film.
  22. August - Osage County 9/10 Wicked ensemble piece Edit: Meryl Streep is mindblowing
  23. lol, he may challenge the dead Jacko after all sales are registered and made official. Wacko'll still win overall, if only by a coupla vinyls. Narrow magin, Jacko won by having an album cover which wasn't a receipt.
