I've noticed the recent increase of new members on this board in the last 3 years. Joyrex..are you doing marketing? If so..hope you are getting donations up the wazoo...

or are people just getting into this "genre" of music &googling "aphex twin forums"

I talked to a friend the other day..telling her how much I enjoyed her music selection and the bitch told me it was because of me....I felt like a proud mama seeing her baby for the first time. Just thought I'd share..and donate to keep this forum up and running.

Yeah, was lurking around here for a couple of years myself, then one day I decided to join the discussions. I don't care for promoting myself anymore, makes me feel guilty. I'd rather post about other peoples music. :emotawesomepm9:

I admit promoting my music is part of why I'm here. But lately I've been enjoying taking part into the conversations more, even if sometimes it feels hard to do so with my level of english.

I think your English is fine, better than most of the hillbillys that live in my town.

Yeah well I think my english isn't that bad but sometimes on this message boards english gets to a level where my comprehension can't decode everything.

Anyway, that's true there are some good wines around here though I can't compare it with the wine I drank elsewhere (I never drink wine in other countries ^^). Wine makes me want to sleep though so I don't use it every time. Also wine is a killer in a romantic atmosphere lol.

Oh, and we don't especially drink it hot

a few friends of mine went on a trip and got hot wine from a street vendor...it sounded so good. do some people serve it that way on cold days?

yeah once again on this forum it's more about comprehension. Sometimes I read some sentences in which I know all the words, but I can't figure what they are supposed to mean together.

That said I'm sure these two years or so of watmm helped me a lot in my english-speaking. What's sure is that I didn't learn it like it is now in class. English classes sucks in France

we might do that but maybe more in the north of France, which I know less. Apart from that, yeah hot wine is quite good !

a lot of people drink red wine warm in the UK as well. not hot, but just warm.

if it was hot hot it could've been mulled wine.

and yeah, the further south you go in France, and East-ward on the continent, the more they don't do warm red wine. it's cold. but drank with almost every meal.
