I just found LP5 used for $5! I wanted some place to voice my excitement.

That brings me up to 3 physical Autechre releases (CD):

-Chiastic Slide

-LP5

-Draft 7.30

I have pretty much everything in mp3

You're not a real fan then. I vote to have you barred from this subforum.

All in favour?

Real Autechres buy stuff on vinyl.

Someone please sell me their copy of Garbage on vinyl for a reasonable price please.

What's reasonable? There's a copy going on Discogs for $24 roughly?

Yea I see. I usually don't like to go below Near Mint though. Plus, I just bought three ae records from discogs. I need to take a break from buying.

Yeah, I'm the same when it comes to quality. Incidentally, if you find anything with a Garbage in good quality and a spare copy for me as well, give me a shout mate.

Plan on buying Tri Repetae++, I've given it a thorough listen through and it is hella worth my money. I'd love to buy these three in vinyl actually, but that shit's expensive. =\

I've bought much of their stuff online (bleep and amazon) but only own a physical copy of EP7, which I got for my birthday. I wish I owned more physicals, but they're hard to track down and the local shop only had Quaristice.

Holy shit dude, I think I am going to have to masturbate to this picture when I get home from work.

I want to get their stuff in vinyl, especially now that CD is becoming obsolete because I dont mind having an iPod with iTrip hooked up to play music in the car (which is the only time I ever use cd's) but if I had a little bit of extra spending money right now I would certainly invest in the vinyl for that. Surface noise is awesome plus you can play diff speeds. The best part is the huge cover art tho. I'm definately a sucker for good album art, esp AE's

Quaristice art sucks ass tho

It's a bit aggressively minimal. Even more so those boxes for the Quadrange EP art.

Hopefully their next album brings some great art like the covers for Untilted and Draft

Vinyl covers are fucking beautiful, its great to see the art on the large surface. I would totally buy albums in vinyl but I don't have good gear to play them on and it's so expensive to get in to.
