I prefer over easy with rye toast. needs a shit ton of ketchup and tobasco, and the final mop up of rye toast in the tobasco ketchup yolk is legit. I like my eggs a couple different ways: -Over easy, cooked in olive oil and served on lightly toasted bread with a lot of butter. - scrambled with sage, salt, pepper and a splash of milk (makes them fluffy). A hot sauce is frequently added, preferably one that isn't too vinegary. A nice, dark, rustic and hearty bread makes a good egg delivery device. I'm going to eat some eggs today. I like eggs. Eggs are good and I like to eat things that I think are good. Another thing that is good to eat is saag paneer but it doesn't go well with eggs. The end.
