As a general rule, I tend to think music DVDs are a bit rubbish. They don't have much replay value after the first time you've watched them, and always seem to cost the earth (like £20 is standard).

The only use I have for them is parties - they're good to put on a big screen, provided the videos are good.

Oh, my list includes Bjork best of videos, Warpvision, Art of Noise live, Pulp Greatest Hits...and I think that's about it.

I pretty much agree with this, but I also think that about movies...I rarely replay movies so I don't buy many. One video I used to put on a lot at parties was Underworld's Footwear Repairs By Craftsmen At Competetive Prices. Really great visuals there. Off the top of my head here are the VHS tapes I have, since others are including them. I'm probably forgetting a couple.

Aphex Twin - Come to Daddy

Danzig - Danzig

Metallica - A Year and a Half in the Life of Metallica

Ministry - In Case You Didn't Feel Like Showing Up

Skinny Puppy - Ain't it Dead Yet?

S.O.D. - Live at Budokan

Testament - Seen Between the Lines
