i love how he uses indistinct vocals in his tracks (not just this album) to fill space. it gives off such a dreamy, nostalgic vibe

 

yeh, in "Flashing Lights" it says "mexican" a few times. Figured flashing lights = the popo + "mexican" an allusion to what's going on in the US with deportation.
