in regards to the first video: What are the Mother and child saying to eachother?

This translation doesn't make any sense but this is what I could find on the internet...

Child: That sound. They're dripping on us from the cloud. They wanna scare us.

Mom: What? What do you think it is?

Child: Someone is dripping from the clouds, they're far away, they're scary, I wanna see them in a microscope.

Mom: You can't see sounds in a microscope.

That reads like an excerpt from a BoC track - oh, shii- :emotawesomepm9:

Damn... this makes that all the more awesome!

These sounds are eminating from air being vented from and underground drilling for massive complexes.

this rings eerily true for some reason

i still dont understand why people reach that conclusion? How can they be protected from something else that wipes out 99% of the population?

An effect of high-power electromagnetic pulses of magneto-hydrodynamic (MHD) generator on the seismic regime over the Northern Tien Shan and Pamir regions has been studied. It was found that occurrence of local earthquakes after firing runs of MHD generator became higher than before them. An increased level of seismic ac- tivity was observed within 3 to 6 days after the firing runs. It was suggested that electromagnetic pulses result in discharge of energy accumulated by the Earth crust due to tectonic deformation processes. The energy discharges in the form of series of relatively slight earthquakes instead of one catastrophic event. Detailed analysis of seismicity of the Northern Tien Shan shows that the electromagnetic impact of MHD generator pulses results in deep and prolonged alteration of seismic process in the re- gion under study and adjacent territories. During series of experiments with the pulsed MHD generator relative portion of more weak seismic events, seismic activity of the region, and its clustering increase. All results obtained by statistical analysis pointed to a possibility of application of high-power electromagnetic pulsed for earthquake control by regulation of seismic flow and release of energy accumulated in the Earth crust in the form of not dangerous seismic events. For verification of field results and to clear a possible mechanism of interaction of electromagnetic field with rocks under stressed conditions various laboratory experiments have been performed. The exper- iments were carried out under the biaxial compression in models composed of sand and cement. At different stages of loading of the models series of measurements of acoustic activity (AE) were conducted, each of them included repeated cycles of elec-tric actions, applied to the model. The two modes of electrical action were realized: repetitive pulse train with pause between and single electrical pulse. It was established that electrical impact results in increase of AE in both cases. A possibility of appli- cation of discovered phenomenon for release of tectonic stresses accumulated in the Earth crust and prevention of strong earthquakes is discussed.

Pulsed Electric Processing of the Seismic-Active Fault for Earthquake Hazard Mitigation

Previous field and laboratory investigations performed in Russia (1999-2008) showed a possibility of application of high-power electric current pulses generated by pulsed MHD power system for triggering the weak seismicity and release of tectonic stresses in the Earth crust for earthquake hazard mitigation. The mechanism of the influ- ence of man-made electromagnetic field on the regional seismicity is not clear yet. One of possible cause of the phenomenon may be formation of cracks in the rocks under fluid pressure increase due to Joule heat generation by electric current injected into the Earth crust. Detailed 3D-calculaton of electric current density in the Earth crust of Northern Tien Shan provided by pulsed MHD power system connected to grounded electric dipole showed that at the depth of earthquake epicenters (> 5km) the electric current density is lower than 10−7 A/m2 that is not sufficient for increase of pressure in the fluid-saturated porous geological medium due to Joule heat generation, which may provide formation of cracks resulting in the fault propagation and release of tectonic stresses in the Earth crust. Nevertheless, under certain conditions, when electric current will be injected into the fault through the casing pipes of deep wells with preliminary injection of conductive fluid into the fault, the current density may be high enough for significant increase of mechanic pressure in the porous two-phase geological medium. Numerical analysis of a crack formation triggered by high-power electric pulses based on generation of mechanical pressure in the geological medium was carried out. It was shown that calculation of mechanical pressure impulse due to high-power electrical current in the porous two-phase medium may be performed neglecting thermal conductance by solving the non-stationary equation of piezo-conductivity with Joule heat generation. For calculation of heat generation the known solution of the task of current spreading from spherical or elliptic electrode submerged into unbounded medium is used. Pressure increase due to electric current is determined by voltage of the current source and the medium parameters, and it does not depend on the electrode radius. The pressure increase is proportional to parameter ησ/r2, where η is viscosity factor, σ is electric conductivity of fluid in pores, r is average radius of capillaries. This parameter may vary for different media and fluids in the pores by many orders of magnitude. The pressure increase for water is insignificant. If a high-mineralized fluid (e.g. sludge) is injected into the medium, the pressure may be increased by several orders. In that case the pressure may obtain tens kilobars, and an intergrowth of cracks will be possible in the medium exposed to high-power electric current. An estimation of parameters of portable pulsed power system for electric processing of the fault was performed, when the current is injected into the fault through the casing tubes of deep wells with preliminary injection of conductive fluid into the fault between the wells.

Spatial-temporal structure of seismicity of the North Tien Shan and its change under effect of high energy electromagnetic pulses

Abstract

The effect of high-energy electromagnetic pulses emitted by a magnetohydrodynamic generator used as a source for deep electrical sounding of the crust on spatial-temporal structure of seismicity of the North Tien Shan is ex- plored. Five-six years periodicity of changes in spatial distribution of seismicity was revealed. The effect of elec- tromagnetic pulses increases the stability of the spatial distribution of seismicity over time and simultaneously speeds up cycles of its transformations, which develop on stabilization background. Increasing of seismic ener- gy release after electromagnetic impacts is observed basically in most active zones. Periodic variation of effi- ciency of earthquakes triggering on the distance to the MHD-generator was detected. It was shown that electro- magnetic pulses give rise to an appreciable increase in the rate of local earthquakes, occurring around 2-6 days after the pulses. Total earthquakes energy released after start-ups was by 2.03⋅1015 J greater than the energy re- leased before them. At the same time, the total energy transmitted by the MHD-generator was 1.1⋅109 J, i.e. six orders of magnitude smaller. Consequently, the electromagnetic pulses initiated the release of the energy that had been stored in the crust due to activity of natural tectonic processes in the form of comparatively small earth- quakes, which leads to an additional release of tectonic stresses.

The observation area was within coordinates 41.0° to 45.5°N and 74.0° to 81.5°E. By the cri- terion of geological structure, the area can roughly be divided by latitude 42.9° into a south- ern part (the Paleozoic features of North Tien Shan) and a northern part (Mesozoic/Cenozoic sedimentary deposits). Analysis of seismicity of the observation area was based on the earthquake catalog for the North Tien Shan and adjacent ar- eas of N. Mikhailova containing earthquake data for the period from 1975 to 1996 (Mikhailova, 1990). The catalog contained data on 14114 earthquakes with magnitudes ML from 0 to 6.2. The recurrence diagram based on all events is linear in the ML ranging from 2.2 to 6.1.

The trigged seismicity was identified upon the background of the natural variation by co- herent summation of earthquakes in time win- dows of ± 20 days about the time of each of 114 MHD-generator start-ups

Fake. clarity and reverberance were too consistent across the 3 videos for me to believe it. Sloppy work.

Yeah, that heavy reverb in the Ukraine video that shows all of the buildings could be accurate, but the reverb in the Montreal video sounded like it matched the former too closely.

edit:i can't imagine how russia could get any creepier

If everyone wore ghost costumes all the time

Or if they all dressed like the doctors from Assassin's Creed.

I think this noise is related to the FTL particle experiment at CERN. the sound came before the event because the particle is travelling backwards in time. ask ET, he'll tell you.
