very nice! reminds me of early opn. i'd say it's closer to synthwave than vaporwave but dunno if we have a synthwave thread and if we did it would be too ambient for it :p

 

Claude Speeed's stuff fits the bill often, wouldn't sound out of place at all on a DC release. Same with Visible Cloaks. It seems very subjective sometimes, a lot of "vaporwave" is really only vaporwave in name, and likewise a lot of musicians who aren't in the scene put out stuff that is vaporwave in aesthetics and ethos, but is over looked because it isn't self-described as such.

yeah i don't mean to gatekeep or anything. if you wanted to get a synthwave or early opn fan into his music this would be a good one to start with. i will endeavour to check out more, it's such a great name for one thing lol.
