what evidence is there? i mean other than allegations

Unlikely to be much if anything in the way of hard evidence, as is going to be the case in most such scenarios.  But the numerous people coming forward who experienced it is pretty damning, especially combined with things he's said and written himself.  The likelihood of it being 100% fabricated bullshit?  Highly unlikely.  I doubt he'll be found guilty of anything in court though.

exes... and apparently lot's of others. was into rape fantasy type shit but often didn't clue the woman in on it. not surprising really i mean.. it's always who you most suspect in this case. but yeah.. what an asshole.

What's the difference between rape fantasy and rape though really?

i guess the fantasy is thinking about it before doing it? idk. there's role play that's common and consensual but springing it on an unsuspecting person... making demands.. taking over... constraining and dominating them against their wishes etc... that's something else.

Has there ever been an example of a celebrity having multiple, credible reports of abuse directed at them who was then completely exonerated?

OJ Simpson.

I've been snowed in all day today and the forecast for tomorrow looks even worse.  I'm already losing my mind and there's a whole day ahead of me without anything to offer.  I want to speed up time but my usual means of doing so (alcohol) has been removed.  I'm completely alone and outdoor activities are impossible in this weather.  How the fuck are sober people supposed to deal with this shit ?  My body needs to move.

You could shovel snow. It's good exercise and releases those endorphins!

One track naming convention I like to use is three words consisting of two phrases. I've wanted to use "Rape Fantasy League" but I always feel like it crosses a line or something.

i did shovel some snow earlier today. then put down some de-icer. i'll probably do more tomorrow. i'm pretty restless today and weirdly anxious.. or not so weirdly really. just feeling all the feels, medication side effects, lack of sleep etc and it sucks. might have to stubbornly do some kind of body work/stretching etc before i grit my teeth to the point of soreness.

It proves he has nothing to hide, because it would be insane to write a detailed novel about how you'd kill your girlfriend if you actually did do that.  OJ = most innocent non-murdering-psychopath of all time.

Make some tracks!

Read a book

Do some indoor exercise (tons of ideas on youtube)

Call someone

Cook something

Clean/organize something

Meditate

Take a long shower or bath

Or just sleep ?

All good suggestions.  My usual option, however, is get anxious about either the past or the future, ultimately have a breakdown until my energy is depleted, and then go to sleep.

Actually it tends to be fueled by hunger.  I hate cooking and usually put it off until I'm really hungry.

blood sugar does some crazy shit. get some snacks around to tide over your hunger. bananas, bread, peanut butter.

alternatively, lean into it and fast for a day or so. I do 18 hr fasts every day (my mom got me into intermittent fasting, i'm just that cool). i seem to be at my best when i'm hungry, and at my best creatively when i have to pee. musical talent is stored in the pee which is stored in the balls, ime.

toadoadoaoad said it well - when your mind is on overdrive like that (and i speak from experience, both from chemical withdrawal and from general anxiety and depression), one of the best things to do is just go on auto-pilot and do something. i tend to write/journal, or read. reading (particularly when stuck alone) makes me feel like I have good company, and is a pretty effortless but rewarding way to let time pass.

anyway I hope you feel better soon mr. kicker. I sympathize with what you're going through, and I hope you know that what you're doing takes strength, and whether or not the world acknowledges that, your effort is admirable. and should you falter, take it in stride.

edit: if I could recommend a single book for you right now, it'd be Alan Watts' The Wisdom of Insecurity. I re-read your earlier posts and realized you said your body needs to move -- my post doesn't really address that, but I'm guessing you know your options there. (stretching, yoga, tai chi, regular old push ups and planks and such)

Yeah, one of my friends has been telling me I need to start running.  My job is very physical so I get a lot of movement that way, but this is the time of year when not much work can be done.

Anyway, I called my sister, played guitar for a while, got stoned, ate some yoghurt with oats and almonds and currants, and put on There Will Be BloodBlood.  Tomorrow I'll probably try to spend more time outside somehow.  Thanks for the well thought out responses.

A really pretty 25 year old woman from the apps invited me out for a drink on Monday, but I feel almost like I'm being unfaithful to one of the others who I've been chatting with longer (and we've become pretty close).  I'm still going, obviously.  It's a weird, new kind of predicament.

Every search word I use in DeviantArt leads to some weird fetish pictures. jfc, people

So let me give an example.. You might think that "boards of canada" doesn't bring out any weird fetishistic stuff, but here's an example https://www.deviantart.com/jeannettehime/art/Sailor-Guardian-lovers-838490453

Not really a stupid problem, but Japan just got hit with another major earthquake off the northeast coast - the same region of the devastation back in March 2011.

The official report I've heard is that it was a 7.1 - same magnitude Alaska had in November 2018. Haven't heard any reports of casualties yet...let's hope it stays that way.

there should be a word for the distinct feeling of accidentally stumblng across someone else's fetish material online - specifically when it's something so abstract that it doesn't even initially seem sexual in any obvious sense (like say, famous people being magically transformed into pool toys or some shit), and yet it has a certain je ne sais quoi, everything about the wording & the presentation feels pornographic, and all of the comments are things like "yeah you inflate adam sandler & sit on him for several hours floating in your kiddie pool drinking beers & playing bejewelled on your phone, yyyyyeahhhh, that's it...yeah, you do that..."

i second this. maintaining regular omad with occassional longer fasts keeps me feeling much sharper than the few periods of my adult life where i was eating "normal" (usually in relationships). it takes a little getting used to but once adapted you get to the point where even going 36h without food (or alternatively, eating 36h worth of food in one meal) doesn't feel like a big deal at all

fwp: the lady upstairs keeps moving her furniture around all day every day. she's actively taunting me wth all the gains she's making while the gyms remain closed (i own no furniture to push around)
