I highly recommend reading the 'dictionaire crypticus' that comes with it

the game developer's website is super awesome

The sequel is due out in about a month -http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lOaacVZDejk

Wow the first one looked like it was made by sup and was hilarious... But this is a major step up. I won't call these LSD style games a genre (LSD style games) because that's when they bring in all the clones, but its probably a while yet.

I think we're near the point where really truly experimental games will be made, truly great works. It's amazing to me how half life 2 remains the king of style in video games. The sounds and imagery are still about as cool as it gets for me. in the way that alien the movie is cool. Stuff like fallout is so tasteless and forgettable. Kind of like a tv movie, same with bioshock imo. As the genre gains more acceptance as offering possibilities maybe well get less nerd tropes and more style. More alien, more 2001, more vertigo, more autere style. Less tv show level direction.

the game developers posted in this thread need to be on some kind of "watch list". And not an "upcoming talent" one. More of a "I may be a danger to society" one.
