Yes! Just the right amount of kick in them. Could eat a whole bag in a sitting, but I don't.

 

Pizza: Capers, Spiced Beef, Jalapenos, Anchovies, Black Olives, Chilli Oil.

 

Shit sounds good my dude.

ate them too fast and now got banging hiccups!

tasty stufff on this page

current unemployment meal plan:

 

1 pound of buckwheat//quinoa//rice//potato//vegetables (dry//raw weight)

1 pound of meat//eggs

1 pound of fruit

unlimited coffee + cream (usually ends up being a litre)

 

usually just one thing in each category. if i'm below my set point weight (currently 170lb) i might throw in some dark chocolate, or nuts, or seeds, or more fruit etc.

curious to seeh how this progresses...at times in the past when i've been really broke i got to the point of only being able to buy big bags of rice or flour & eating only that for extended periods & getting to the point where i was a 130 pound skeleton & went home for thanksgiving & my mom started crying. won't do that again because GAINS TRAIN + i'm too good at dumpster diving to need to limit myself like that + i'm maintaining a positive mental attitude that i'm going to continue getting all the food i need to be healthy.
