FWP: 2024 "arctic blast" + ice storm/wind storm.. portland big chunk of oregon is a mess. didn't lose power but lot's of people did over the last few days because downed trees. i had an appointment for some body work massage therapy on my back and it's too frozen to in places to get there. so cancelled appointment. as luck would have it i had an epic back spasm yesterday after shoveling snow and chipping ice etc.. so, awesome. ice heat stretching epsom salt bath etc to cope. my back woes started in the 90s when i got rear ended by a geriatric guy in a boat of a caddilac. i was in an older car that didn't have a head rest so was instant whiplash. random shit happening because of careless idiots is just part of the universe.
