Looks shit :(

I can tell just from this trailer, it's going to be even worse than the other two sequels.

Flat characters, bad cgi, ridiculous genetic-engineered-dinos plot

question, do they not have rocket launchers at these theme parks? Like... just splatter the things when they escape, no?

maybe not this one, but the dino parks i've been to yes they did.

mark my words, the cellphone ringing in the piles of dinosaur shit at the end of Jurassic 3 will seem like a masterpiece in comparison to Jurassic World's best scene

Holy shit this was my exact thought --

Looks pretty good! That bit with the giant sea monster was pretty cool, nice homage to the cow scene in the first movie.

you mean a goat? maybe you're mixing it up with twister

anyway jurassic park is one of my favourite movies and has been since i was 4 or 5. sam neil and jeff goldblum as main characters = already a good film. throw in friggin dinosaurs and lawyers / wayne knight getting ripped to shreds by em and you're asking for an oscar from this cat. btw wayne knight is great and hugely underrated, i just like seeing greedy bad guys get what's coming to em hehe.

i don't think they'll ever top the first one so i'll keep that in mind as i watch this.

Excuse me sir, the T-Rex ate a goat, while a live cow was in fact lowered into the raptor paddock.

Time codes available upon request.

Edit: it sickens me how little resistance I can put up in the face of this film. Crap corporate nostalgia has never hit me so hard.

i'm already bored of this franchise and for me, three is very much the magic number when it comes to a film series.

case in point:

Indiana Jones

Star Wars

The Aliens films

The Dark Knight Trilogy (Nolan was smart enough to design it with this in mind)

this is speaking in terms of quality only though, and unfortunately all you have to do is look at the figures to see why studios tend to ride a franchise until the wheels come off. http://www.the-numbers.com/movies/franchises/ anyway suffice to say i won't be rushing out to see it.

this film looks so CGI that it'll really annoy me. there comes a point where it crosses the line between film and cartoon with some stuff.

Edit: I'm not even going to comment on the mandino thing there, it seems they really don't give a crap about historical accuracy.

I don't know, Backdoor Banshees didn't really get going until about #14
