Can anyone recommend some good pizzerias in Boston? I’m going there late next month

Regina’s in the North End(this location only). Good standard pizza but really good.

 

Galleria Umberto, Pinnochio’s and Mortadella Head for thicc Sicilian style pizza.

 

Otto for NYC style.

 

There’s a lot more.

wierdly enough I just made a couple (and wolfed mine down)

 

M&S pizza base, tomatoe puree, grated mozzarella, grated mild chedder, prawns, tuna, red onion and oregano 

 

washed down with a pint of Hoegaarden

big fat chunky prawns & pizza are righteous but tricky, too long & they get chewy, too quick/low heat & they ooze out their water which guarantees a soggy base

 

*side-note: cut any supermarket pizza in half b4 you lob it in t'oven & you get a crispy middle bit every time

Homemade "Canadian" style pizza last night.

 

Bacon, sliced smoked pork sausage, and sliced mushrooms we hickory smoked for an hour. Mozza only for cheese.

 

Pretty basic but goddamn delicious.
