He wasn't evil really. Flamboyant maybe. Had a powerful personality. But you had to have one those to stand up to the US through assassination attempts and sanctions.

 

Gaddafi is a war criminal, killing dissenters and leaving a scorched earth behind him as he fled. Most definitely an evil prick.

The war criminals are clearly those of the alliance that helped a bunch of thugs to take over libya. By annihilating both civilian and military targets in an orgy of slaughter.

judging by the connectors it looks like a headset, so the dude could be skype-cooking or something.

judging from his music apparatus, those are probably the only headphones he's got.
