Had my blood drawn yesterday by another doctor after health insurance switched and now it's 139 total and 76 LDL. Is that even possible in a month and a half? i dunno lol New doctor actually sent me the results instead of telling them to me over the phone, though. The last one which they 'swapped for Tonto' was pretty interesting until they dragged it for 10 mins with the same riff then everyone wished they played Tonto instead of that Crap I should've seen your post that you're going there as well, was a bit bored being all alone and no weed. My original plan was to go vegan for reasons I mentioned in the FWP thread about three weeks ago but that fell through. However, I have still managed to avoid beef and pork - same with soda beverages and most desserts. My job's been more physically intensive lately too, so all of these factored into my recent weight loss I think. And whatever you do don't let them put you on statins. Your brain is made out of fats, fats are used everywhere in your body, just imagine the chaos if you use something that inhibits it's uptake.
