He claims that he was a safe distance from the train, but clearly this wasn't the case and so the little bugger got walloped. Now that i look at that picture again, he is rather close to the train isn't he and the conductor's leg isn't out on much of an angle so would be right up next to the train's body. Probably was too stupid to judge by the gauge of the tracks that the train itself would be a lot wider, and saying this is only to give some grace to his utter luncacy.
