I think it's harder for Americans to eat healthy considering that healthy food is very expensive and fatty food very cheap. It's much easier to eat healthy in a lot of other countries

Plus fast food, liquor stores, check cashers, etc. always target minority neighborhoods and demographics, so it's easier and cheaper to buy 5 McDonalds burgers to feed your kids, than a healthy meal with produce innit.
