also, his imitation of a chinese person was absurd wtf.

that moment was so surreal it transcended humor

also, the small town with those conservatives that didn't want the mosque. baron cohen has to read /r/the_donald because he nailed every trump supporters nightmare perfectly

that segment is amazing. all of it was. he's really holding up a mirror/lens whatever.. showing people w/different viewpoints and hopefully knocking sense into some people as well.   it's going to be a lot to think about for some people.

a woman set fire to a house that was having a house party because she wasn't invited

when the people in the home wouldn’t let her inside, she allegedly told them she was going to set the house on fire.

from there, police said she walked back to the truck, pulled out a jug of lighter fluid and started pouring it over the front window of the house. police says she then took a butane lighter and lit a fire.

"Hey, did you invite Shameka?"

"Hell no, she tries to light shit on fire every time she comes over."

"Well she's walking up the drive way."

"Fuck."

SBC is absolutely beasting those reactionary morons; exposing them as the frauds they are.

A joy to behold. Terrifying, nonetheless.

it’s to prevent the victims from suing. It’s disgusting behavior. pure corporate filth.

I’m totally on board with bashing corporate filth but should the victims really be suing them?

if the case doesn't have merit it will be tossed out of court.  but some of the lawsuits claim negligence on the hotel because the shooter was there for a week or something and he brought in 2 or 3 bags every day and had like 50 firearms and thousands of rounds of ammo in his room.

so, basically saying they did a shit job of security.. we'll see.

I thought the security company they hired was certified by the DOJ...

If anything... I hope this makes them recheck their certification standards.

I don't think we can hope for more than that.

Not here...

yeah.. they can pass the buck off to the DOJ and wipe their hands. i think it still means that someone has to actually perform the duty of security... but who knows. i'm sure there's a lot of fine print.

That security was for the festival, not the casino.

Casinos don't really have much security. Y'know cuz all of em have gunns and that meakes you safe

Ah, thank you for that!

The few articles I read did not specify that. Or I completely missed it. It happens.

<shrug>

Anyway... thank you for this clarification.
