i think this is the clip i mentioned in my story. fucking legend. actually it's them talking about the call from previous show.. so, rehashing it as i guess people were calling in telling stories about how gilbert offended them.

edit: i think i found it.. they appear to be archived on youtube in a few parts.

I'm pretty sure Klaus Schulze probably deserves his own thread, given he was a pioneer of late 20th-century electronic music.

Three of my favourite pieces from a long and prolific history.

1974, 1989 and 2018.

Fred Ward has a hell of performance in my favorite film, The Right Stuff. He even looked a bit like the real Gus Grissom.

He'll probably always be remembered for Tremors which is one of those movies you watch to remind yourself why you like movies in the first place.

Vangelis, damn. R.I.P.

https://www.theguardian.com/music/2022/may/19/vangelis-greek-composer-chariots-of-fire-blade-runner-dies

Spoilt for choice, amazing soundtrack work, and I've always had a soft spot for this track, and the album

R.I.P. Tragic news

I had heard his Mutiny Of The Bounty (Closing Titles) loooong time ago in a TV series with film reviews, and the chords/pads were ultralush. Didn't know it was his at the time, so I had a mental note for quite some time to ID it.
