the bandcamp is showing 8 extra tracks, no?

Upright kangaroo mix 2 isn't on the bleep page.

correct and I can't see the blue vinyl on bleep only on BC....

Just bought the tape and the regular black vinyl (don't see the point in ordering the blue vinyl if that's €5,- more?), can't wait!

how the fuck did they kept those fuckers unreleased?

Jam for a few days, flesh them out into actual tracks, let the rest sit on the original jam DATs in someones attic for 20 years?

yes, this, blue LP and cassette are mu exclusive

Just to clarify you can also get the exclusives on the Mu bleepstore, not just the bandcamp if anyone was wondering

A quote that could apply to any of their unreleased solo material too

The snippets of unreleased songs sound great, gets me excited about this release. I can't say i was ever that captivated by this album, i bought it when it came out and have tried many times but still only come away with a couple songs that don't outstay their welcome by the end.

I still preordered the cassette, only runs me a few bucks more than digital with shipping.

So is this an similar instance of fan title “materializing”? – a la SAW2 track titles.

Was always under the impression album was self-titled.

Have seen it referenced both ways since “expert knob twiddlers” is obviously contained on cover.

Anyone recall a comment by Mike on the µ-Ziq SoundCloud eluding to it not being titled EKT either?

CAT 027 or ZIQ369 may be the only way to be safe.

Why are all of Bleep's shirts $30?? I am the only one who thinks that's ridiculous for a T-Shirt?

You and Macklemore.

Sorry to be a Debbie Downer but am I the only one who just thinks this album is OK? I much prefer solo works by both of them.

Same here mate. Overall, a bit too wacky for me. Winner Takes All is a banger though. That Cow Cud drum part sounds funky as hell sped up. Beady Eyes ain't too bad either.

Portamento Gosh and Organ Plodder sound like somewhat decent bonus tracks too, judging from the previews.

Might just grab this on CD after all. And maybe the poster, because even though I'm not crazy about this album, the artwork will always be fucking beastly.

Maybe this helps a little:

T-shirt includes 16-bit WAV or FLAC download of album delivered on release date

Shirts are generally more expensive than $30 though aren't they?

I mean, unless you live in Tunisia or Malaysia where they're all made....

Not a bad deal with the album thrown in.

Oh didn't see the album was included. Spose thats fair then. I'm mostly thinking of whenever I buy band shirts at shows - usually $15, maaybe $20. Even online I don't think many bands sell shirts for over that.

Even like fruit of the loom generic plain t shirts are $10 :cerious:

Maybe it's just the currency conversion or something I don't know.

starts t-shirt price analytics thread*

The Cheetah EP, and new old stock Expert Knob Twiddlers tracks... This is a good month for Aphex Twin fans!
