Okay okay, I hate to admit it but the Pitchfork interview is fucking awesome (I'm only half way through). Fair dues.

 

Philip Sherburne did the interview, they did the layout (which is cool I must admit). He's written for RA and Spin and reviewed for pfork and others for years and years and I think he just returned to them as a regular writer. He's a class act and knows his stuff.

I obviously don't know Sean but he comes across as somebody who has a very strong willed determination on where Autechre were, are and will be with their sound. Total respect to him and of course Rob. I bet when he walks into a shop full of gear and gizmo's he's pretty hard to please, whereas Richard will be doing cartwheels. Then again this post could be a load of bollocks and I know nothing lol.
