Actually, it occurred to me that this would have been a perfect Record Store Day release. Does this mean that Warp has something even more exciting lined up for RSD? I hope so. I was really happy with their OPN thing from last year, and let's not forget how exciting the BOC thing was from 2013.

 

fuck record store day. there was only 1 shop where I live locally that participated in it. I got there early and there were 3 people ahead of me who managed to pick up all of the stuff I set out to get. and it was awesome to hear them talk about just putting the stuff up on ebay as they walked out.

Just sped up MARCHROMT30A by 30% on audacity and it sounds fantastic. The time matches pretty closely to the "fast" version on the single, i doubt it would be just the same song sped up but i was curious to hear how it sounded faster.

 

Also digital vinyls. All the big DJ's these days use digital vinyls.
