Burgers can be hit or miss, you can dress them up with many ingredients and flavours and they're good but I've had so many it's just like going through the motions. Tacos is where it's at. Also correct: Bao Nothing wrong with a burrito in principle but a good one is hard to find. Fried tripe, tongue, and the good kind of chorizo (crumbly, not runny) make for great ones.
