Homemade "Canadian" style pizza last night.

 

Bacon, sliced smoked pork sausage, and sliced mushrooms we hickory smoked for an hour. Mozza only for cheese.

 

Pretty basic but goddamn delicious.

That's all mushrooms other than the 4 strips of bacon!

 

Couple slices of sausage underneath the cheese.

I’m gonna try to make some homemade dough/cast iron pizzas within the next 7 days. Never done it before. Kinda nervous.

 

If I don’t make it, tell my cat I think he’s adequate for a cat.
