Terms and Conditions

 

Syro Limited Edition Pre-order Offer

The opportunity to buy the Syro Limited Edition will be allocated by a ballot. Syro pre-order customers can select to enter the Syro Limited Edition ballot at the checkout.

Entry ends on 23 September 2014 00:00 GMT.

No upfront payment is required to enter the ballot. Entry is not a commitment to buy, timely payment on notification of selection is required. To do this we are putting strict rules on the time to complete your payment.

 

1st Ballot

23 September 2014: 200 applicants will be selected at random from the entries. Customers will be contacted with details on how to purchase the Syro Limited Edition by 25 September 2014 00:00 GMT. Customers will be sent a code redeemable on Bleep which will allow them to purchase the Limited Edition Box Set.

Customers have until 2 October 2014 00:00 GMT to place their order after this point they will no longer be eligible to place their order.

 

2nd Ballot

Any unclaimed box sets will be reallocated in a second ballot and successful applicants notified on the 2 October 2014.

Successful applicants have until 9 October 2014 00:00 GMT to place their order after this point they will no longer be eligible to place their order.

 

3rd Ballot

Any unclaimed box sets will be reallocated in a third ballot and successful applicants notified on the 9 October 2014.

Successful applicants have until 16 October 2014 00:00 GMT to place their order after this point they will no longer be eligible to place their order.

 

Additional Ballots

Any remaining unclaimed box sets will be allocated in ballots that last 48 hours from the 16th October 2014.

 

Additional Points

Applicants' successful in previous ballots will not be entered in to any future ballots.

Each customer who purchases a copy of Syro is eligible for a single place in the ballot. Customers who purchase multiple copies of Syro will only be entered once.

No purchase is necessary. You can also enter the ballot by submitting your email address below. Via this option applicants may only enter once. Multiple entries (as identified by email address, IP address, postal address, or any other means of identification) will not be accepted.

Unique redemption codes have a value of £0.00, they cannot be transferred or sold.

Strictly no redemption is possible after the order deadlines.

All communication will be via the email registered to your Bleep account, or submitted to enter. Please check your spam filters and whitelist / add to your address book the email address:ballot@bleep.com. Bleep will not be responsible for any failure of message delivery.

Box sets will be dispatched via a tracked insured Fedex service. Estimates are provided below, but your actual postage cost will be calculated based on your country and postcode on purchase. You will be able to see the final postage price prior to payment No alternative shipping methods, or collection options will be available.

This item will not be eligible for any promotions offers or discounts, including Bleep’s UK free shipping offer.

Bleep's standard terms of sale apply to purchases of the Limited Edition Box Set.

To receive your box set successful payment by the deadline is mandatory. Payment for the box set must be made via Paypal or through our Payment gateway using Mastercard or Visa. If your payment method fails our payment gateways fraud/security thresholds as imposed by our payment provider we will not ship the box set. We will not accept any other form of payment.

Bleep will not accept any responsibility for lost applications due to technical failure.

Bleep reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify or terminate this promotion and select winners from valid entries received prior to taking such action.

Bigger question is: Is anyone actually going to keep it if they buy it or is every copy getting flipped?

 

I flipped Analord Binder and the NIN special edition package for some good $. People pay stupid money for material things.

 

The things are a lot more interesting than the money.

I decided that if I get one I'm going to set up a 12 hour raffle for it: everyone pays one dollar or one pound or one Euro for a chance to win. At the end of the 12 hours I'll randomly choose 25 people to enter the next round, where they have to pay five bucks for a chance to win. After two hours, I will randomly choose three people to enter the final round: a bidding war. Whoever bids the highest for my code wins.

 

I walk away rich, and can always use a small percentage of my total earnings ($$MILLIONS$$$$) from this venture to buy my own limited edition copy one day if I really want.

My first guess was they gave you a winning ticket for you efforts with caustic before everybody else thus making you confused about the actual ballot

i'm not interesting of it... it's so ridiculous... i've got the cd & the vinyl. it's all that i want... yeah i've got the Analord serie (12) with the binder, it was not complicated to buy them... For the limited vinyl edition Syro, warp or bleep must take the 200 first people who ordered it, otherwise take this step there currently is to discourage more than one...

(I can't believe this guy is hanging around here, working as Apple product designer and being part of this glorious community would make it way too much of a lucky bastard :)

So far, I haven't gotten one. It's probably for the best. I've already spent upwards of $80 on 2 LPs and one CD. I'm still thinking about getting the Japan cd, too :/
