Only 45 minutes in, but it's obvious there's a lot of overlap with the past few webcast mixes. Not to dog it though, it's a fun mix thus far. And 4 hours is much more easy to digest than 12, which usually turns me off from digging through those old webcasts very often.

this is really nice, I've never heard anything like this from AE before in the sense that it seems like a very dialed in curated mix of a very specific style of music that influenced them. Usually there is a lot more crossover between genres. Has Autechre ever dropped Square Dance Rap or any similar Sir Mix-a-lot era electro?

Loving this mix - thanks for posting and linking it! I agree that 4 hours makes for a less daunting task and I've enjoyed it as the soundtrack to my afternoon/evening. I've really liked everything I've heard so far. Another excellent Booth/Brown production (or compilation, or whatever). :)

Only intended to listen to an hour or so in the first sitting but couldn't stop until over halfway in. Really compulsive listening, and fascinating to hear a few familiar things amid lots of unfamiliar stuff. Very curious but mostly ignorant when it comes to old electro and hiphop so looking forward to a tracklist.

4h set with no tracklist is a joke my friends

even 12h ae sets were tracklisted

A joke? Because you can't google individual tracks? Because you have to be able to associate a name with each track? It's fucking music, just use your ears to enjoy it.

Track at 3h41m really needs an ID :music: heard a lot of classix from the broadcasts like jaderpansen said, but all in all this was bloody awesome again.

DJ Battlecat - DJ-N-Effect, some version of it

THANKS! Looking for the right version now :)

Cuts & Drums, i guess, youtube only has the scratchy one.

Forgot to add this:

3:01:03 Forevereaction - U People

PAK JAMZ is actually electro producer Bass Junkie. The track he mentions along Kraftwerk's More Fun To Compute - Hashim's Al-Naafiysh (The Soul) indeed plays on background for a minute. I was lazily rewinding. Really nice track.

Another one i left out is Information Society - Running, before Broken Glass' Style Of The Street. It does sound like a beat pattern from Running upon checking, so it's probably some mix of it.
