I would say P-String.

ABBs usually kick off with a banger, and its from the right year (94ish) .

that's the one from the peel session no? might be..

 

It was, But, unlike the other Peel track -- 11 Slo Bird Whistle[peel Sesh] -- Richard didn't tag it as so... maybe it was made for something else first?
