a friend of mine had this procedure. he was in awful pain for a long time prior and was fixed w/this procedure. his pain was gone immediately. had some PT for a while after but is all good now. 

my boss is a board certified neurosurgeon as is his wife. his wife did the procedure on my friend. talking to them about stuff like this and hearing stories about the things they've done to patients is amazing. it's all nuts and bolts to them.. like talking to a mechanic about fixing a car.

That is one of my favorite scenes of all time. Regardless of anything else Michael Cera has done but that scene cements him as an all time great in my eyes . I feel like quoting a part of the scene but I’d probably end up quoting the whole thing.

the first time i saw it.. all engorged w/twin peaks season 3 excitement.. i remember thinking "this is just absolute genius 12d chess of movie making magic right here".  absolute stroke of genius.
