so glad that someone finally reuploaded this. I first saw this years ago, apparently the guy who first put it up was working at a video store and had this playing in the background while Jesus Christ Superstar played on the screens. the two sync up insanely well, suspiciously well.

I think it's the pc version. The consoles aren't able to record that long videos

I've got it for PS4 (came with the PS4 when I bought it 2nd hand a few months back) but I've not tried playing it yet.

Video I recorded on my PS4 yesterday, similarly insane highway incident after I had to make an emergency landing after police shot up my plane. PS4 can definitely record videos that long, up to 10 min.

ALSO, the scrapyard generates 150 bucks per destroyed vehicle (when playing as the character you bought the scrapyard with), so you can capitalize on this stuff
