The original full length tape only release (not the abridged version that was given away free on the cover of Wax magazine in '96). Does anyone know if a digital copy of this was made available? If not does anyone still have the original?

So where do you buy your music from (if you even buy it)? Do you download or get physical copies? Do you support your local shop or find the cheapest store* you can online? Share! *I'm currently in the process of trying to find a cheap online store... (student)

this guy is a serious champ. the only album i have is "biscuits is back" from this year, but his youtube videos is really where its at. most rappers can't even play a keyboard, this guy plays just about everything he gets his hands on. i can't be the only fan around here. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wrTIoc4c41Y http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0E9_kDfsBmk WALKIN, LIKE CHRISTOPHER TOSSIN, TO GET RID OF HER

Right now they have White Pepper, 12 Golden Country Greats, Chocolate and Cheese, The Mollusk, The Pod repressed, and coming up soon will be Quebec and Godweensatan. This might be old news but I'm pumped for Quebec, and I might also get that nice deluxe edition of The Pod. Glad they're putting these back in print.

I've read about this band, and since everyone knows everything on here what is a good album of theirs? I'm a big Baroness fan, and I'm looking for something lumbering and glorious.

Is this hipster? 1 2 3
by Guest Backson- 64 replies

I find that I don't listen to full albums enough, and with my iPod my attention span is small and I end up shuffling alot. So I was thinking of getting rid of my iPod and buying a little portable CD player. That way I could take it with me on a bus or when I'm going places, and I would be more focused on whatever CD i bring. I have most of my favourite albums on CD, so I could just pick one for each journey. I mentioned this to one of my friends, and he said that would make me a hipster. and the scary thing is, he could be right. What does WATTURM think?

Think about the amount of material? Endless! Comedy classic in the making. That's my thoughts anyway.

He makes some great music. Big fan of Bad Timing, Insignificance, Eureka, and Halfway to a Threeway. Haven't quite gotten into his stranger stuff, but it's nice too.

One day, I was browsing 4chan like I always do late at night when I decided to go into the /mu/sic section of the site. There, I found the usual fighting over dad rock, glam, etc., nothing major...until this. A poster had dropped the name "Juke Nukem" onto a thread. Instantly drawn because it referred to the classic game series, I asked him what he meant by the name, and he explained that it was a collaboration he created with a longtime friend of his. We exchanged screen names and began to talk daily about their upcoming release, sending back files with comments, data, what have you. In my conversations with the producer,I began to see how this could be game-changing. So…

Autechre Bjørn Svin - 'Browen'
by Guest ansgaria- 1 reply

Bjørn Christiansen, better known under his musical moniker Bjørn Svin, is a Danish electronic musician, who's been active in the Danish underground scene for years now. He surfaced properly with his crazy little tune 'Mer' Strøm' (translates to 'More power') in '97 on April Records (a 12" I am still trying to dig up...). A track which is still very much alive today. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AxJaOyr7ACI His newest record is entitled 'Browen' and came out on Rump Recordings march this year. He has always had a very distinct, crazy sound which is clearly inspired by the works of our beloved Warp artists, but one thing that really strikes me a…
