Moka pots are not espresso

Oh I know but they are kind of dank and old school in a respectable way. I'm thinking of buying a french press to be more civilized but only slightly.

  • The display-only non-working Bialetti 50 Cup Moka Express stovetop espresso maker is an enduring piece for the true coffee enthusiast

I don't get it, it's non working so how is it "an enduring piece for the true coffee enthusiast"?

It's an oversized piece of crap that's of fleeting interest to windowdressers and merchandise morons.

Coffee's good. Bout to make some, my brother got the beans, no idea. They're tasty though.

I got this new coffer maker called the american press and it's the hottest shit to hit the streets. It's like an aeropress/french press and it's smooth. I'm using Kenya Mamuto AB beans that smell and taste like blackberries and molasses and it's changing my coffee world.

^that thing looks like it's a bitch to clean. Interesting but I'm personally too lazy for all that shit, sounds like you're getting some good results tho

Drinking some black coffee right now. Made lazily in my percolator by turning the burner on then a few minutes later, turning it off. :)

It's one of the easiest things to clean. Just unscrew the pod and give it one shake over a trash can and like 95% of the grounds pop out in one disc. Then just brush the rest away with your finger. I'm not getting paid by them or anything, it's just a damn good invention and makes pour overs seem like a complete waste of time.

That looks mad sexy.

So it's a mix of an Espro and an Aeropress, I guess. The Espro has a two filters that are 9-12 times finer than a normal french press, but in my experience the grounds still find their way to the bottom of my coffee mug. So I really love the fact that the coffee grounds are in an isolated chamber here.

Starbucks is home, mcdonalds is home. I can sit down, plug in, and have all my favorite beverages and sweets and savory treats.

Also, McDonald’s has the best road coffee in the US, way better than sbux black. But gas station coffee will always be something special. I like to get 3/4 coffee and then a shot of French vanilla latte.

I do think I should switch to tea. I love matcha but can’t afford the good stuff.

The coffee machines at McDonalds never get cleaned, like ever. I'd avoid.
